Store Manager
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and development of the London store. You will lead the team, drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience, while actively contributing to the brand's retail strategy. You will also play a key role in the successful launch and development of the London store, working closely with the central teams to ensure the effective implementation of the brand's retail and CRM strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Deliver an outstanding and consistent premium customer experience .
- Drive sales, KPIs and store performance through strong commercial leadership.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the brand's retail strategy at store level.
- Support and accompany the deployment and development of the London store .
- Develop strong customer relationships and maximise clienteling opportunities.
- Take an active role in CRM strategy and execution , ensuring effective customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty.
- Work closely with the central CRM team to implement relevant and effective CRM initiatives locally.
- Analyse customer data and performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that CRM actions are effectively translated into concrete in-store initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of retail processes and customer experience.
- Represent the brand's values and image at all times.
- Significant experience as a Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager , ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance and customer experience .
- Proven experience in CRM , with a strong ability to implement and execute effective CRM strategies.
- Experience supporting or leading new store openings, retail launches or store deployments would be highly valued.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with excellent people management skills.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining highly hands-on and operational.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- International experience and/or experience working within an international organisation is a plus.
