The Work

• Lead and manage our crew, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction
• Hire, train, and develop team members, supporting their growth
• Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and restaurant cleanliness
• Work with various tools, forms, and logs to track progress and ensure safety
• Provide excellent customer service and utilise our reward and recognition program
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Troubleshoot issues, set goals, and create plans to solve problems

What You Need

• Experience: 3+ years in restaurant or retail management, new restaurant opening experience preferred
• Education: GCSEs or equivalent required, some tertiary education preferred
• Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, self-driven, flexible, strong communication, and analytical skills
• Valid UK driver’s license

Desirable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Able to work a variety of shifts and travel as needed
