About the Role:
As a Special Needs Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students with complex needs. Your role will be vital in helping children reach their full potential within a nurturing and structured classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans.
Support pupils with physical, emotional, and learning needs.
Work one-on-one and in small groups to aid education and training.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
