Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with external contractors when needed.

Support the team with IT queries, liaising with the IT company where appropriate.

Assist with website and social media updates (LinkedIn, X/Twitter), as well as formatting presentations and brochures.

Help organise client events and studio socials, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Skills & Experience Required

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

A full driving licence (to assist with pool car maintenance).

Professional presentation and demeanour.

Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience with Adobe InDesign , WordPress , and/or Canva .

Familiarity with Blueroom or similar document management systems.

This is a wonderful opportunity to play a key role in a respected and creative architectural practice — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a collaborative and design-led environment.
