Property Management Surveyor - Associate Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead the property management of a landmark commercial asset in the heart of Central London. This is a flagship instruction for a top‑tier industry client, requiring a senior professional who can operate with exceptional commercial awareness, confidence, and precision.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of a premium, multi‑let office building, ensuring best‑in‑class service delivery across all aspects of building performance, occupier experience, compliance, and financial stewardship. You will act as the primary point of contact for a sophisticated client, maintaining a trusted advisory relationship built on insight, proactivity, and consistent delivery.
You will lead day‑to‑day management alongside on‑site teams, FM specialists, and technical consultants, ensuring seamless coordination, exemplary standards, and continuous optimisation of the asset. You’ll also play a key role in driving sustainability performance, placemaking initiatives, occupier engagement, and long‑term asset value.
