Opening Paragraph:
We are looking for a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist to join the Royal London Hospital team within the Barts Health NHS Foundation Trust. - Extensive discharge experience within an acute hospital setting
- Experience working as a Senior Physiotherapist, ideally with a focus on discharge coordination
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and handle complex discharge planning
