£120,000-£175,000 + cash allowance, bonus and benefits

An exciting opportunity to advise AI businesses on global tax restructuring, international expansion and investment planning.

One of the UK's leading Big 4 tax practices is looking to appoint an experienced Director, or a top-end Senior Tax Manager ready to step up, to join its growing Global Tax team.

With AI businesses attracting significant global investment and expanding internationally, this is an opportunity to advise ambitious, high-growth businesses on complex tax challenges, helping them structure, reorganise and plan for future growth.

You'll work with AI businesses, technology-led groups, investors and multinational organisations on a range of international tax projects, including group restructurings, cross-border structuring, global investment planning and international expansion.

Alongside leading complex advisory engagements, you'll build senior client relationships, drive business development and help shape the future growth of the practice.

• Advising AI and technology businesses on international tax strategy and global expansion.

• Leading tax restructurings, group reorganisations and international operating model changes.

• Supporting global investment planning, cross-border transactions and tax-efficient investment structures.

• Advising on international tax developments, including Pillar Two and BEPS 2.0.

• Building relationships with founders, investors, CFOs and senior tax stakeholders.

• Developing new business and mentoring teams, with a clear focus on progression towards Partnership.

You'll be ACA, CTA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualified, with a strong background in international tax or corporate tax advisory gained within a Big 4, Top 10 or leading professional services firm.

You'll have experience in international structuring, tax restructuring or cross-border advisory, alongside strong commercial skills and the ability to develop senior client relationships.

Experience working with AI, technology or high-growth businesses would be advantageous, but a broader international tax background is equally welcome.
