Indirect Tax Advisory
Indirect Taxes are taxes charged on everyday transactional activities, and our team advises on how businesses should manage these. The most well-known Indirect Tax is VAT, but we also cover other transactional taxes including Insurance Premium Tax and Air Passenger Duty, amongst others.
Our Indirect Tax Advisory team help our clients manage their VAT and Indirect Tax positions – whether it is advising on multi-million-pound transactions, VAT on everyday retail products, or how we can help clients adopt tech to report VAT correctly on their income and expenditure. As well as being at the forefront of tax technology, Indirect Taxes involve an understanding of case law, so skillsets and experiences in our team are wide-ranging.
Global Trade Advisory (GTA)
Global Trade tax regulation and requirements, particularly in the post-Brexit and trade-focused political environment, are at the forefront of our clients’ agendas, and significantly impact their supply chains. The Global Trade Advisory (GTA team works with some of the largest, most recognisable brands and corporations across the world, undertaking a mix of advisory, compliance and dispute support to clients within customs, excise and trade.
