Quant Capital is urgently looking for bright graduates to join a high profile Quanitative Trading business on a Rotational Development Program as an Analyst.

Our client is a well-known global proprietary trading firm that leverages the latest technology, sophisticated algorithms, and deep knowledge to trade in capital markets globally.

This is an environment of science and intellectuals. The firm is known globally for its attitudes and rigour, more importantly, you will be surrounded by smart entrepreneurial people deeply interested in the sector who are ready to teach what they know.

In this program, you will rotate between 3+ different groups including finance, risk, settlements and more before ultimately settling into a group that suits the firms’ needs and your interests.

You will work on multiple different projects to help you fully understand the roles within the different groups, this can range from analysing data and leveraging your technical and analytics skills to solving issues in existing trade processes.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how one of the most prestigious trading firms operates, you will become an essential part of a team that improves and innovate to ensure ongoing success.

This is a role for someone who has a strong level of applied mathematics or engineering with an interest in solving problems and working in a fast-paced rewarding environment.

Candidates for the program must have:

• A at A-level Maths or equivalent
• Excellent Excel skills
• Logical thought processes
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for problem-solving
• A STEM degree from a top-ranked University
• An interest and some coding would be a plus
• An appetite for delivering solutions to complex problem
• An interest in big picture project management
