Admin Assistant - property investment consultancy - Office Based

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join a property investment consultancy based in Canary Wharf! This is a role where names, numbers and information must be recorded accurately; getting the detail right really matters. Alongside this, you’ll be dealing directly with clients, managing a range of administrative tasks, following important compliance procedures and confidently taking ownership of your own workload.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and naturally proactive - someone who is happy to use their initiative when faced with a challenge. You’ll need to be comfortable juggling priorities, working at pace and taking pride in getting things right.
