Brand & Content Manager
Purdey is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand & Content Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key guardian of the Purdey brand, responsible for crafting and executing content strategies that elevate our brand, engage our discerning audience, and drive business growth.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
Brand Guardian:
Define, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
You will monitor brand usage across all platforms and address any inconsistencies to uphold the brand's integrity.
Content Strategist:
Develop compelling brand stories and narratives, identify key content pillars, and build and manage the content calendar.
You will work alongside PR, Media, and E-commerce teams to plan content distribution across various channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Content Creator & Producer:
Oversee the production of high-quality photo and video shoots, manage ad-hoc content needs, and lead the planning of the annual Purdey Post print edition.
This includes managing casting, logistics, and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborator & Communicator:
Liaise with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging, collaborate with other departments to streamline content creation, and manage freelancers.
You will support teams in identifying strategic partnerships with other luxury brands, influencers, or organizations to expand Purdey's reach and influence.
Performance Analyst:
Measure content performance, monitor industry trends, and use data to inform content strategy and brand messaging.
You will use market research and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in Purdey's content strategy.
Project Manager:
Manage budgets, invoices, and communications for key projects, including the re-launch of the Purdey Shooting Grounds.
This involves coordinating usage rights and legal approvals in collaboration with the legal department to ensure compliance and protect the brand's interests.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Strong understanding of luxury brand and content
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies
Experience managing creative projects and working with creative teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices
Budget management skills
