As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for the immaculate upkeep and presentation of all public areas within our beautiful property. As a vital member of the housekeeping department, your role is essential in creating a welcoming, pristine environment that reflects the high standards of comfort and quality our guests expect.
Your keen eye for detail and pride in your work — a polished floor here, a neatly arranged lobby there — will help ensure that all public spaces are spotless, inviting, and well-maintained. While confident working independently, you’ll also collaborate effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and guests alike.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and other common spaces.
Ensure all areas are consistently stocked with necessary supplies and amenities.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries in public areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage and service areas.
Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damages to management promptly.
Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times, following hotel policies and procedures
