Commercialisation Manager, Payments and FX Solutions

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Commercialisation Manager o support payments and FX solutions.

You’ll be responsible for driving the growth of our Cross Border Cross Currency proposition globally. You’ll work closely with the Global Product and Sales teams, as well as other functions, including Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Implementation and Engineering to develop and deliver on the global commercialisation plans for Payment & FX Solutions.

In this role you’ll:

• Work with our Payment & FX Solutions team to build, maintain and close a strong pipeline
• Drive and communicate our strategy and plan for growth across all regions
• Work on projects to improve our sales processes and approaches both within the region and globally, with a focus on the end to end customer experience
• Join and contribute to, client led discussions, supporting the Sales team on the execution of the Payments strategy
• Collaborate closely with Product teams across GPS and wider to share valuable feedback to guide product roadmap and improve the customer experience
• Evaluate and assess opportunities for scaling payments and FX opportunities at pace via a team managed directly and indirectly across a wide matrix of geography

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of Payments and FX
• Passionate about driving and delivering a strategy that results in product growth and scale
• A client centric mindset
• A highly motivated, self-starter, with an ability to highlight the next logical priority and align execution plans against them to drive the most significant business benefit
• Analytical, data driven, with project management skills, along with an ability to both build consensus and challenge norms
