The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Manage shifts, ensuring Raising Cane’s standards are met in all zones
• Direct crew members, providing exemplary customer service
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
• Authorise employee functions and complete assigned duties

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Willingness to complete all required training programs
• Must be 18 years or older
• GCSEs or equivalent preferred

• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and cost management
