IT Project Manager
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of business transformation and IT-enabled change projects, from initial planning through to implementation and transition into BAU.
- Define project scope, objectives, budgets, resources, timelines and key deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery against agreed time, cost and quality targets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and other governance documentation.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and project changes, escalating where appropriate.
- Work closely with business teams, technology functions, senior stakeholders and third-party suppliers to coordinate delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts and expenditure, ensuring appropriate financial and commercial controls are followed.
- Support business readiness, process improvement, stakeholder communications and the adoption of new systems or ways of working.
- Manage the transition of completed projects into BAU and track the delivery of agreed business benefits
