We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Practice Manager to manage our fantastic Earls Court Dental Clinic.

Our 3 surgery practice is made up of a team of approx. 10 and offers a range of services including clear braces, facial aesthetics, implants and hygieneto both NHS and private patients.

Dental PM experience would be ideal, but we but we welcome applications from those within dental with previous experience of successfully leading, mentoring and developing teams to meet and exceed targets!

Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours to be worked flexibly across the week.

About You

You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.

The main duties will include:

• Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
• An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
• Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
• You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
