In this role, you'll contribute to meaningful work that improves lives. You'll collaborate across teams, bring your ideas to the table, and help shape solutions that matter. Whether you're streamlining a process, launching a product, or supporting a colleague, you'll be making a difference every day. Here's how you'll make an impact in this role:

You'll make significant contributions in the following areas:
  • Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
  • Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
  • Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
  • Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
  • Presenting our brand value propositions and value added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
  • Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products
What you'll get
  • Salary circa £55,000 depending on experience
  • Performance related annual bonus up to £60,000

What you bring
  • Clear med device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
  • Proven exposure to C suite levle negotiations
  • Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
  • Well developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Strong multichannel solution selling background
