Accounts Assistant Currency

Your new company You will work for a successful media entertainment business, based in the heart of central London. Your new role This niche Currency Accounts Assistant role is being offered on a permanent basis, and for the right candidate will offer scope for long-term progression. You will work in a fast-paced, high-performing team of 11 people, supporting the Head of Department and team of Accounts Administrators. Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Maintaining multi-currency debits and credits
• Preparation of multi-currency statements and transfers
• Entering invoices
• Entering new client bookings and schedule updates
• Client account reconciliation
• Cash book reconciliation
• Credit Control
• VAT invoicing
• Investigation and resolution of client queries, point of contact for clients
• Regular liaison with both finance and non-finance personnel

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must be based in the UK with full right to work, not requiring sponsorship. This client is looking for an individual with strong exposure to working with foreign currencies, multiple banking systems, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Credit Control. You will be a confident team player who demonstrates strong communication skills, a level head, confidence under pressure, and a proactive approach. *** You must be happy to work in a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday.
