What we are looking for in our Floor Staff Roles
Previous Experience in a wait or floor role is a must. Restaurant or pub food led experience welcome
You enjoy providing table service with personality - in a fun, food environment
A great attitude and a passion for hospitality remains a critical ingredient.
Teamwork and reliability are the other key ingredients.
We're a genuinely friendly team and we'll certainly give you all the tools you need to be successful, whilst letting your personality shine through.
Key Floor/Wait Staff Responsibilities
Warm, welcoming greets and seating guests as they come in to the pub
Taking and serving orders for both drinks and food
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
Managing guest queries and being a key reason why they have a great visit & come back
Working as a team with the kitchen and other front of house team members to ensure that the floor service runs smoothly and efficiently
Our Wait/Floor Team Members will support the team in the delivery of Livelyhood’s offering that has our five Lively Ways (values ) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.

What's in it for You?Permanent Full and Part time floor roles available paying £10.85/£12.71 - £13.00 per hour depending on experience,
Tronc paid on top.
Additional tronc/service payments average £1 a hour.
Total earnings of up to £14 per hour
