Derivatives Broker - NOK & Scandinavian Markets

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Broker with strong expertise in NOK and Scandinavian derivatives markets to join an established and growing desk in London. The role focuses on managing institutional client relationships, executing trades, and expanding market coverage across the Nordic region.

This position offers a high level of autonomy and visibility within a dynamic, international trading environment, ideal for professionals currently active in the market who want to grow their portfolio within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing relationships with institutional clients active in NOK and Scandinavian derivatives .
• Execute, price, and manage daily order flow while ensuring top-tier client service.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the desk’s overall growth.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple geographies to provide clients with competitive pricing and seamless service.
• Track market trends and share insights with clients to support trading decisions.
• Maintain full compliance with internal and external regulations and confidentiality standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial markets as a Broker , with an established client base in NOK or Scandinavian products .
• Proven ability to manage revenue and client performance across different market conditions.
• Solid knowledge of FX and derivatives instruments within the Nordic region.
• Fluent in English ; proficiency in French or Norwegian is an advantage.
• Energetic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Willingness to validate revenue history, client portfolio, and non-compete terms.
