They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to lead and manage construction projects in London, working across multiple sectors including NHS Trust schemes, educational facilities, leisure centres, hotels, and more. Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for aiding the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion. You will work on a variety of projects, including healthcare facilities, schools, leisure developments, hotels, and public sector initiatives. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Get involved in the end-to-end management of construction projects across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, local government, leisure, and hospitality.
Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including NHS Trusts, local authorities, educational institutions, hotel operators, and leisure service providers.
Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor project performance, addressing risks and ensuring timely project delivery.
Provide leadership to project teams, contractors, and consultants, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
Ensure project documentation, contracts, and progress reports are completed and submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage project financials, ensuring delivery within budget while maintaining profitability.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, open to a portfolio spanning sectors.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and sector-specific requirements (e.g., NHS Trust schemes, educational facility regulations).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from small refurbishments to large-scale new builds.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and guiding diverse teams to successful outcomes.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
Professional qualifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, or PMP) and a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
