🎯 Why this role matters

As one of our first UK AEs , you’ll help launch the Dcycle brand in a new market.
You’ll take everything we’ve learned in Spain and translate it into the UK context — with real customers, real conversations, and real ownership.

This isn’t just a sales job. It’s a builder role.
You’ll shape how we sell, how we grow, and how we win in the UK.

🔍 What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing deals.

  • Convert inbound leads generated by marketing and SDRs.

  • Build trust with decision-makers in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics , and other high-emissions sectors.

  • Run tailored demos and guide prospects through our ESG platform and methodology.

  • Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and the Revenue team in HQ.

  • Refine our messaging, handle objections, and close deals with clarity.

  • Keep our CRM clean, insightful, and up to date.

  • Be part of shaping the UK go-to-market playbook .

✅ What we’re looking for

This role requires proven experience in B2B SaaS sales .
You’ve already sold software to companies — ideally in complex sales cycles.

You may come from:

  • A startup or scale-up , where you’ve learned to be scrappy and structured.

  • A sales team where you’ve been consistently top-performing in SaaS.

  • A product-led company where you’ve had to educate as much as you’ve sold.

🎯 To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales .

  • Strong storytelling and active listening skills.

  • Confidence running discovery calls and product demos.

  • Real understanding of how UK buyers think and buy.

  • Strong organizational habits and a clear, analytical mindset.

  • High ownership: you don’t wait for permission to act.

  • Coachability: you seek and apply feedback fast. (Non-negotiable)

  • Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Slack, and Zoom.

  • Bonus: background in ESG, sustainability, or climate tech.

  • Bonus: Spanish is a plus (our HQ is in Madrid).

📍 Location & Travel

This role is based in London , with close collaboration with our HQ team in Madrid. We value deep connection and shared experiences across the company, so you can expect:
