Role SummaryAs a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of DNA Payments’ growth, targeting merchants with £20m+ in annual turnover across sectors such as retail, hospitality, and services.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, owning the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and contract signing. Working cross-functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you’ll help shape how we deliver value through our unified, end-to-end payment solutions.
This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional ready to make their mark in a fast-moving, high-growth fintech environment.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Targeting and acquiring high-value merchants
- Pitching directly to C-level and finance decision-makers
- Leading deals from prospecting to signed contract
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Reporting pipeline activity and exceeding your targets
You must have:
- Strong experience in payments/acquiring/fintech sales
- A track record of selling into medium and large enterprises
- Sharp commercial instincts and strong negotiation skills
- Self-starter mentality — this is a remote/hybrid role with autonomy

Salary: £60,000–£75,000Realistic OTE: £115,000–£125,000 in Year 1
