• £36,000 basic for Level 3 Qualified
• £39,000 with VAG Service experience
• £42,000 for skilled Diagnostics Techs
• + £6,000 realistic bonus potential per year

About the Role

• Service, maintenance & diagnostics to manufacturer standards
• Using up-to-date tools in a clean, well-equipped workshop
• Regular training opportunities and manufacturer-led updates
• Every third Saturday (half-day), keeping work/life balance in check

Who We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualified technician (open to all brand backgrounds)
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• VAG brand experience? Great. If not — we’ll help you get up to speed
• Someone who values doing the job right, not just fast
