FTE: Full-time (1.0) for 6-9 months, then transitioning 1.0 to a Coach role delivering AI Short Courses or other programmes

The Product team plans, builds and maintains industry-leading programmes. These programmes meet a diverse range of stakeholder needs, such as those from learners, PDEs, EPA requirements, sales, marketing, accessibility, budget and more. The three key aspects of the team are: 1) building and maintaining high-quality and on-time programmes; 2) exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management; and 3) completing admin.

The role:

As an AI Leadership Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional AI-focused training content for mid-senior leaders participating in our AI Leadership short courses. You'll work collaboratively with the Product team to develop engaging and practical AI content, ensuring it remains cutting-edge and relevant in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

This role requires both technical AI expertise and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to time-constrained leaders. You'll play a crucial role in Corndel's strategy to embed AI skills across leadership development, meeting the growing demand for AI literacy at executive and senior management levels.

You may also be required to support other programme builds across Corndel's portfolio where AI expertise is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create high-quality, engaging AI leadership e-learning and workshop content
  • Structure learning outcomes, practical KSBs, and locally applicable applied projects appropriate for time-constrained senior leaders
  • Write clear, concise, and interactive eLearning content focused on practical AI applications, ensuring learning outcomes are realistic and achievable within short timeframes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Growth & Skills Levy requirements, apprenticeship standards, and EPA requirements
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating them into learning materials specific to leadership applications
  • Support other programme builds across Corndel's portfolio, contributing AI expertise to existing apprenticeship programmes (L3-L7) as required
  • Research and compile high-quality further learning resources and support the creation of audio/video content in collaboration with our AV team
  • Contribute to programme guides, templates, and supporting documentation whilst assisting in upskilling Coaches with programme content delivery
  • Ensure all content follows ethical AI principles and addresses responsible AI use

Experience and Skills:

Essential:

  • Teaching or training experience in technology-related fields
  • Experience creating educational/training content related to technology or AI
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work at speed to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to quickly research and assimilate new AI topics and tools to produce definitive content
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with subject matter experts
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
  • Experience creating digital learning content or e-learning modules
  • Lived industry experience in the use of AI tools in a corporate setting
  • Experience training others in the use of digital technologies, including LLMs and other AI tools
  • Passion for AI-powered solutions and automation in business contexts, including prompt engineering and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of a broad range of Microsoft 365 tools, including but not limited to:
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Microsoft collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams and SharePoint)
    • Microsoft Power Automate
    • Copilot and Copilot Studio

Desirable:

  • Experience with instructional design or learning experience design
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements
  • Experience of having successfully taken a cohort of learners through End Point Assessment
  • Experience in AI/ML development and production deployment, with experience integrating solutions across major cloud platforms (Azure AI, AWS, GCP).
  • Experienced in training others on AI methodologies, including deep learning, NLP, and AI ethics, plus data pipeline management.
