Our client school is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated LKS2 Teacher to join a reputable ‘Good’ two-form primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham, West London. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering excellent teaching in a LKS2 setting. Aside from that, the successful LKS2 Teacher will work collaboratively with the school team to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Responsibilities of a LKS2 teacher:
As a LKS2 Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses
Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry
Help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents
Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
Collaborate with school management, teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for LKS2 students.
LKS2 Teacher requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Education, or related field.
- Teaching qualification and QTS.
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching LKS2 students.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality education.
- Ability to create and present engaging and interactive lesson plans.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
