• Develop and oversee Behaviour Management Plans and Pastoral Support Plans for students who need additional support
• Work closely with external agencies and make referrals as appropriate
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to Behaviour Support staff
• Be a consistent and positive presence around the school — modelling the high expectations we hold for all
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families to help every learner reach their full potential
Who We’re Looking For

- Are confident using data systems such as Arbor or similar MIS platforms
- Understand how to support students with behaviour challenges in a restorative, structured and compassionate way
- Have experience working with external agencies and coordinating pastoral support
- Can lead by example, support others, and contribute to a team ethos
- Are highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with students, families and colleagues
- Are committed to improving the life chances of all young people
What We Offer
• A strong Christian ethos that underpins all aspects of school life through kindness, respect and purpose.
• An excellent and supportive leadership team, ensuring you feel valued and empowered.
• High-quality training and professional development opportunities at every stage of your career.
• A commitment to staff well-being, including access to an on-site gym available before and after school, as well as during holidays.
• Energetic and enthusiastic high-achieving students.
• A positive school culture built on collaboration and distributed leadership.
If you share our values, have the passion for delivering excellence, and want to be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team committed to supporting all students in fulfilling their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
