Intermediate/ Senior Project Manager - Residential

The successful candidate will work as part of a growing team across multiple projects, working across Affordable Housing, BTR, Co-Living, Later Living and Student Accommodation sectors. You will also work closely with clients and help to maintain those relationships. As a smaller business, the right candidate will have the opportunity to take responsibility on leading projects and developing junior staff, with clear paths of progression within the company. 


You will be encouraged to be yourself. We’ll also provide support and guidance if you’re working towards your RICS APC and make sure you achieve chartered status.
