Why this job matters

In collaboration with Complex Engineering (CE) leadership teams, you will develop and implement impactful communications for one of Openreach's largest operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining an annual communication calendar, along with timely operational messaging.
• Providing expert coaching to senior leadership on the importance of effective communication in achieving goals.
• Collaborating with internal communications managers to ensure alignment across teams.
• Serving as a change communications expert to support transformation initiatives.
• Contributing to unit-wide campaigns and events, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Utilising audience insights to align communications with business objectives and the overall people plan.
• Continuously measuring communication effectiveness to drive improvements.
