Neuro Occupational Therapist

JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Neuro Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.

The pay for this position is £22 - £26 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.

Job Description: Band 6 OT to support clinical delivery to neurology and neuro-cardiac patient cohort, alongside existing Neuro OT team.
The post holder will need to have existing specialist neuro skills and will be required to conduct timely neuro assessment, devise and implement treatment programmes and facilitate discharge planning as part of this role.
A level of expertise is required with specialist cognitive and perceptual assessment, functional re-training, have knowledge and experience of specialist seating and complex discharge & rehabilitation planning. In addition, experience within an intensive care setting is desirable.

Any specific requests: Previous acute neuro experience.
