The Role:
As Technical Services Manager, you will be a key figure in the successful delivery of the MEP services package. You’ll manage technical coordination, design compliance, programme integration and subcontractor performance to ensure high-quality and efficient execution across the building services scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage MEP services on a major commercial fit out project from pre-construction through to handover

*

Coordinate closely with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance and programme alignment

*

Lead services integration and ensure seamless interface with structural and architectural elements

*

Drive quality, innovation, and health & safety across the technical services delivery

*

Monitor and report on progress, managing risk and resolving technical issues on site

*

Ensure commissioning, testing and handover are delivered to the highest standard

Requirements:

*

Proven track record delivering MEP services for major commercial fit out projects (£50m+)

*

Experience with leading UK main contractors or M&E subcontractors

*

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems integration

*

Excellent coordination, leadership and communication skills

*

Ability to manage complex stakeholder interfaces in a high-profile environment
