What you will do:

* Manage a caseload of patients, conducting detailed assessments and providing tailored treatment plans.

* Travel within the borough of Redbridge as a car driver to visit patients and deliver community-based services.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). A valid driver's licence is essential to allow for travel to patient locations across Redbridge, ensuring you can deliver top-notch care wherever it is needed.
