Packaging Artworker

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Artworker to join our creative team within the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and aesthetics, with experience in creating high-quality artwork for product packaging. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and creativity, ensuring brand consistency while delivering visually stunning results.

The role is fast-paced, ever-changing and requires a team member who is confident, resilient and self-sufficient. Working to tight deadlines at speed, whilst maintaining a high level of design and a keen eye for detail. Our teams are based in both London and Kent (Isle of Sheppey) and we'd be open to this role being in either location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Adaptation: Translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging.

• Layout & Composition: Work closely with designers and product managers to produce print-ready files that reflect the brand’s vision and aesthetic.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all packaging.
• Packaging Design: Assist in the creation and refinement of packaging artwork, adhering to regulatory and print specifications.
• Print ready files: Ability to set up and provide accurate print ready files for the printers, whilst having good communication skills to liaise with our suppliers.
• Proofing: Ensure final artwork is accurate, error-free, and meets both creative and technical requirements.
• File Management: Maintain organized artwork files, ensuring they are correctly named, archived, and accessible for the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years as an artworker in the beauty industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, ensuring precise alignment, colour accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication: Strong collaborative skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and provide clear feedback on creative direction.
