Pay rate to £400 per day
Contract role, Local Authority Housing
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.
Responsibilities:
- To provide first line management for a team of technical, permanent and fixed-term, Maintenance Surveyors who deliver a full range of professional surveying services to: maintain THH owned properties, meet statutory and industry best practice; provide expert technical advice; offer support and guidance to more junior staff on building related matters and enquiries, often of a complex or multifaceted nature.
- To act as an expert witness in cases of disrepair litigation.
- To contribute to continuous improvements and help THH residents, delivering an effortless service.
