Integration Programme Manager (London, England)

We are on the lookout for an experienced Integration Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of technical products and services for a key client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with extensive experience in IT program management, particularly within the FMCG or Food & Beverages industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead large-scale SAP transformations to S/4HANA, including working with complex landscapes involving solutions like Salesforce, SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and SAP BTP.
• Manage both Solution Delivery (Projects) and Service Delivery (Application Support) processes.
• Oversee project scope, milestones, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects stay on track and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure clear communication on project progress and account health.
• Track and adjust progress on multiple projects using OKRs and KPIs, refining strategies to keep deliveries on target.
• Provide mentorship to your team, fostering a culture of Accountability , Innovation , Collaboration , and Continuous Improvement .
• Report regularly to senior leadership with updates on project status, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• 16+ years of experience in IT program delivery, especially in large-scale SAP implementations.
• Proven track record with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP PI/PO/CPI, Salesforce, and SuccessFactors.
• 4+ years as a Delivery Manager with hands-on experience in both Solution and Service Delivery.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to CxO-level stakeholders.
• A passion for team development and a collaborative leadership style.
