Associate Director PM - Cut & Carve
Provide strategic leadership and direction on a portfolio of complex structural alteration and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, driving project delivery excellence, and ensuring the application of best practice project management methodologies.

The Cut & Carve team at a dynamic and expanding London-based project management consultancy specialises in the strategic oversight and delivery of complex structural alterations and refurbishments. As a key part of a wider consultancy with a strong track record across various sectors, including significant experience in commercial fit-out, the team manages a diverse portfolio of technically demanding projects typically valued between 5m and 30m, spanning Residential and Commercial Offices. This is a pivotal time to join the leadership of a growing and ambitious team focused on high-quality delivery within the niche cut and carve market.
Description
- Providing strategic oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Taking a leading role in the development and implementation of project strategies and delivery plans for complex cut and carve schemes.
- Overseeing the preparation and management of significant project budgets and timelines, ensuring financial control and efficient resource allocation.
- Championing and implementing project management best practices, standards, and innovative solutions within the team.
- Mentoring and developing Project Managers and other team members within the Cut & Carve division.
- Overseeing complex contract administration processes and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Profile
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and successfully delivering complex Cut & Carve projects.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Significant experience as a Project Manager at a senior level, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment, with a strong understanding of the property and construction industry.Proven ability to manage budgets and project timelines.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities and oversee a portfolio of projects.
