About this role

As a Data Strategy Lead, you will develop and implement the Data & Analytics (D&A) strategy for UK&I. You will work closely with the analytics leadership team, the strategy and planning team as well as global cross functional stake holders including commercial, marketing, product and engineering to identify critical business gaps, define a detailed D&A strategy to close those gaps and drive execution and implementation.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

• Develop and Deliver the Data strategy: Develop and own the data & analytics strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s roadmap, tech, and priorities. Build a structured plan that drives the analytical transformation of the business teams. Own delivery of the transformation through continuous improvement to meet key KPIs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with marketing, commercial, product, engineering, and analytics teams to implement data strategies that improve decision-making. 
• Raise the bar on Analytics Delivery: Build repeatable playbooks on high quality analytics outputs. Merge storytelling techniques with hypothesis driven thinking into a clean and clear visual output whether it's a dashboard or a presentation. 
• Data governance: Establish data governance and ways of working with cross functional teams that generate and maintain the data products used by the business. Foster a data-driven culture and ensure compliance with governance and privacy standards.
• Stakeholder Communication : Engage with senior stakeholders to drive alignment on strategic priorities and demonstrate the value of data initiatives. Lead impactful discussions, workshops, and presentations to drive actionable outcomes.
• Data Maturity and Culture: Drive data maturity across the organization through programs that improve data quality, accessibility and adoption. Own training and drive data champion culture. Enable a product mindset within Data. 
• Data Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore innovative solutions, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with data, and lead client engagements with strategic recommendations.

What will you bring to the table?

• Relevant experience in Management Consulting, Data & Analytics Management, or Digital Transformation, with a focus on driving impact.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, able to translate complex insights into clear business value.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and deliver on time.
• Proficiency in data analytics techniques, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance, with a passion for data-driven initiatives.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and develop compelling presentations and narratives for executive audiences.
• U nderstanding of cutting edge Data platforms & tools, Automation, Analytical methods, Data science / ML / AI applications
