The Role:

As our Product Talent Partner , you’ll be at the forefront of helping our client scale and strengthen their product functions with exceptional talent. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping hiring strategies, defining what “great” looks like for their teams, and ensuring every engagement delivers lasting impact.

You’ll partner closely with client stakeholders, from Heads of Product to Founders to deeply understand their vision, culture, and growth plans. With that insight, you’ll design and execute innovative talent strategies to attract the best talent. This includes everything from talent mapping and market intelligence to crafting compelling candidate journeys that elevate each client’s employer brand.

You’ll bring commercial awareness, influencing clients with data-driven insights, advising on market trends, and ensuring every hiring process is efficient, inclusive, and outcome-focused. You’ll be the strategic bridge between talent and business goals — delivering not only exceptional hires but also an outstanding client and candidate experience from start to finish.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients build high-performing product teams that power their next stage of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client stakeholders to understand their product vision, culture, growth strategy, and talent needs.
  • Develop and implement creative, data-driven talent strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing market insights, workforce planning guidance, and recommendations on hiring priorities.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill product roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to clients, continuously improving processes and outcomes.
  • Elevate client and candidate experience by proactively managing communication and expectations throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in in-house or RPO recruitment , ideally within technology, product, or high-growth environments.
  • Experience in recruiting within Product .
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to leverage insights to inform hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Forward-thinking, innovative, and creative approach to sourcing and engaging top talent.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experience.
