This is a maternity cover role for 12 months starting February 2026

As PPC Senior Account Director , you’ll lead the performance, growth, and strategic direction of your pod—driving commercial success and elevating delivery standards across the PPC department. You’ll own senior client relationships, inspire a high-performing team, and champion Found’s innovative Everysearch™ approach. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping strategy, unlocking cross-channel collaboration, and ensuring Found continues to set the standard for excellence in Paid Media.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Drive Commercial Growth – Lead your pod’s P&L, ensuring profitable delivery, sustainable resourcing, and strong margin performance.

  • Lead Client Strategy – Build trusted senior relationships, act as a strategic partner, and grow existing portfolios through insight-driven guidance.

  • Inspire and Develop Talent – Line-manage senior and mid-level team members, champion progression plans, and foster a culture of autonomy, accountability, and support.

  • Ensure Delivery Excellence – Oversee campaign strategy, QA, reporting, and insight generation to deliver consistently exceptional PPC output.

  • Innovate and Evolve Processes – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve templates, and strengthen operational efficiency.

  • Champion AI Adoption – Advocate for responsible, transparent AI use that enhances team efficiency and client impact.

  • Collaborate Across Found – Partner with SEO, Paid Social, Growth, Data (Braidr), and Disrupt teams to deliver integrated, holistic client solutions.

  • Lead by Example – Uphold Found’s culture, values, and processes while modelling integrity, accountability, and innovation.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?

Our process is designed to get to know you as a leader and problem solver. Typically, it includes:

  1. Intro Chat – An informal conversation with Talent to understand your experience and motivations.

  2. First Interview – Meet the Director of Paid Media to discuss your leadership style and strategic approach.

  3. Task or Case Study – A chance to showcase your commercial and strategic thinking.

  4. Final Interview – Meet senior leadership to explore culture fit, values alignment, and vision for the PPC function.
