  • Align with both group policies and jurisdictional regulations.

Financial Process & Systems Standardisation

  • Harmonise systems and workflows across Sage 200, Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Rippling, and others.
  • Standardise budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close processes.

Governance & Controls

  • Establish consistent, group-wide financial controls and compliance standards.
  • Ensure audit-readiness and document all critical processes and procedures.

Execution of Due Diligence Recommendations

  • Address post-acquisition due diligence actions across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
  • Build or execute delivery plans based on identified risks and priorities.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and propose improvements based on integration experience.
  • Recommend scalable enhancements to finance operations across the group.

Stakeholder Engagement & Handover

  • Work closely with the CFO and Group Finance Director to align transformation efforts with company strategy.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure adoption and sustainability of new systems.
  • Deliver a robust, well-documented handover to the permanent finance team, including training and transition support.

About You

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with 8–12 years of finance experience, including 4–7 years in senior roles.
