Executive Assistant to support an Executive Director
- Providing high-level, confidential support to the Executive Director
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and commitments
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, papers, and briefing packs
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Director, managing and screening correspondence, calls, and emails
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Taking minutes at senior-level meetings and tracking actions to ensure timely completion
- Preparing presentations, and correspondence to a high standard
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactively identifying and resolving administrative issues to ensure the smooth running of the Executive Director's office
