HR Manager

At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for an experienced HR Manager who would like to work in a school for a full-time position at a fantastic secondary school in Westminster.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 52 weeks.

• Using the school’s internal system to record data

• Managing a small HR Team and working alongside the Office and Business Manager.

• Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

• Following HR best practice.

• To be responsible for managing specific areas of school work including: Financial Resources; Human Resources.

• A strong background in HR (essential)

• Experience in the education sector (essential)

• A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice (essential)

• CIPD qualification Level 5 or above (highly desirable) - already completed or willing to undertake once in post

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery will be essential for success in this role (essential).

• We pay all our staff in line with the Agency Worker Regulations, meaning your pay will be equal to that of a permanent employee
