Working Hours: 40 hours per week, weekend availability necessary.
Work Location: On the road field service in and around the area of London, Watford & Oxfordshire.

The Role:
Our services department is one that capsulizes a great team of multi-disciplinary roles that all contribute to our arcade industry. We have an exciting opportunity in this services department to join the Bandai Namco family as a Field Service Engineer in and around the London, Watford & Oxfordshire areas. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be involved in every aspect of providing our key accounts with a professional service; attending sites for installing new machines, carrying out diagnostic and preventative protective maintenance, performing monetary collections and most importantly, testing the games to make sure they are functional!
Job Description:
- Servicing and maintaining arcade machines including carrying out preventative maintenance, testing for all types of games sited within a specific area and complete service call logs.
- Perform monetary collections where required and handle cash responsible according to BNAE standards.
- To communicate regularly and effectively with your Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the Rota produced by them on a monthly basis.
- Keep organised with administrative tasks and maintain effective communication via email and other platforms where used.
- Build a rapport with Site Staff/Managers and continue to develop the companyâs business with its existing major customers and future prospects.
- Perform ad hoc duties reasonably requested by your Regional Manager/Supervisor.
