Studio Manager
We are looking for an organised & proactive Studio Executive / Manager who has an eagle eye for detail and can work in a fast-paced environment. This role will allow you to demonstrate your organisational skills as you manage the busy studio workflow, working closely with the wider marketing team and getting involved with design input and feedback with our brilliant team of designers. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your marketing and design skills in our friendly, fun and fast-paced team.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Head of Group Design Services and the team of designers, you will receive briefs from all parts of the business and allocate work to the design team, ensuring workflow is constant and deadlines are met. Communication is key as you will be conversing with those briefing in and the designers, to ensure expectations are managed and deadlines are met.
- Ensuring artwork going out meets the brief, is on brand and error free.
- Maintain and enhance our brand identities, ensuring all design work aligns with our multiple brand guidelines.
- Become a brand guardian for our large portfolio of over 100 brands, covering estate agency, mortgage services and all property related services, as well as our corporate & internal branding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies and designs.
- Be proactive, interested and passionate about all work created and output by the studio, get involved in constructively critiquing & enhancing the team’s work and help us make all creative output at Connells Group top class.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum3- 5 years’ experience
- Degree / higher education or equivalent in Marketing, Graphic Design, Account Management or a related field.
- Eagle eye for detail.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to deadlines.
- A can do and proactive personality
