ABOUT THE ROLE

Bamford is seeking a dynamic Online Trading Coordinator to help expand and refine our digital presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for our customers.

You will play a vital role in optimising our website and digital channels. Working closely with the Senior Online Trading Manager, you will maintain and enhance online spa treatment listings and booking journeys, optimize site content to improve user experience and engagement and stay ahead of the latest digital trends.

We’re looking for a digital native with a passion for online retail and brand representation. Someone eager to learn and apply the latest digital developments and technology to support the team in accelerating Bamford’s E-Commerce strategy this year and beyond.

Based at our office in South Kensington, London, this role is full time, 40 hours per week, salary £30,000 - £34,000 per annum .

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Ecommerce team in the day-to-day running of the UK, US, and Club Bamford websites to help achieve sales and performance KPIs.
  • Monitor and report on key trading metrics—including conversion rate, average order value, and sales performance—to identify areas of improvement and support data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct daily site checks to ensure accurate, consistent, and commercially driven product and content presentation across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the Online Trading Executive to enrich product information, optimise product listings, and support timely campaign and collection launches.
  • Assist with the upload and maintenance of spa treatments and wellness experiences, ensuring all information is accurate, clearly described, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support the coordination and upkeep of content on the US website, ensuring it reflects relevant product availability, regional messaging, and brand consistency.
  • Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to align on promotional strategy and ensure strong product visibility across email, paid media, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with our SEO consultant and internal stakeholders to ensure all product and content pages are optimised for search visibility, performance, and brand tone.
  • Assist in delivering the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) roadmap, supporting testing initiatives and ensuring updates are delivered efficiently and on budget.
  • Perform regular competitor benchmarking, offering insights and recommendations to elevate Bamford’s digital merchandising and communications.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and GA4 to analyse site behaviour and support weekly trade reporting with clear recommendations for website improvements.
  • Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp , and aligning with our sustainability vision.
  • Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (e-commerce, trading or merchandising).
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of online trading metrics in a B2C environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. A team[1]player willing to take initiative and multi-task.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Magento experience preferable.
  • SEO experience beneficial.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or e-commerce dashboards.
  • Experience in beauty or the wellness industry is a plus.
