Junior Accountant (f/m/d)

What you will do:
- Process a high volume of sales and purchase invoices (around 500 per month)
- Perform daily multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Manage trade receivables and follow up with customers on overdue amounts
- Ensure timely supplier payments
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers
- Calculate and post accruals, prepayments, and support month-end close
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Help prepare and submit VAT returns and regulatory/statutory accounts with guidance
- Liaise with teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
What you bring & who you are:
- Thorough understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits, credits, reconciliations)
- Ability to process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiently
- Competent in using MS Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive approach to improving processes in a controlled environment
- Ideally, experience with MS Dynamics 365 BC/Navision
