Proman Uk is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. This is a hands-on, resident engineering role working across two large commercial buildings in a demanding 24/7 environment.

Shift Pattern

• 4 on, 4 off continental shifts
• 12-hour days and nights
• 06:30 - 18:30 / 18:30 - 06:30

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
• Working on HVAC, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps, motors, and BMS controls
• Maintaining electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems
• Responding to alarms, breakdowns, and critical incidents
• Liaising with contractors and ensuring safe working practices
• Providing detailed shift handovers and maintenance records

Essential Requirements

✅ 3-5 years' experience in a commercial building, critical environment, corporate site, or data centre
✅ Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background (multi-skilled preferred)
✅ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
✅ City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent trade qualification
✅ 18th Edition (for electrically biased engineers)
✅ CSCS or ECS Card
✅ Right to Work in the UK
✅ Comfortable working days and nights on a rotating shift pattern
