Marketing Manager

1XBLUE is looking for a vibrant, hands-on Marketing Manager to join the small but ambitious fashion brand. This role is perfect for someone strategic, proactive, and passionate about building the brand’s presence and driving its growth.

The Marketing Manager will have the chance to take ownership across all areas of marketing—from social media and content creation to campaigns and events—playing a central role in bringing our creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Develop our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content including photography, video, and written posts that reflect the brand’s style and ethos.
  • Stay informed on trends, audience behaviour, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Marketing & Brand Growth:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, collaborations, and events.
  • Work closely with the founder to brainstorm and implement strategies to grow the brand.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta , including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimisation to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor overall campaign performance and use insights to refine marketing efforts and drive impact.

Collaboration & Community Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with collaborators, influencers, stylists, and creatives in the fashion space.
  • Represent the brand at photoshoots, events, and partnerships with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively engage with the community to build relations and a strong brand following.

Special Projects & Events:

  • Oversee photoshoots, pop-ups, launches, and other brand events to ensure they run smoothly and reflect the brand’s vision.
  • Contribute to creative direction and brand storytelling across all touch points.
  • Be willing to dedicate extra effort during peak periods to ensure excellence in execution.

  • Proactive and able to take initiative in a small-business environment where every contribution matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and internal team members.
  • Thrives on bringing ideas to life and is excited to contribute to the growth and identity of the brand.
