Assistant Planner
An established luxury fashion retailer are looking for an assistant planner to join their team based in the Islington area. As an Assistant Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in the planning and allocation of our luxury collections. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, you'll assist in the forecasting, inventory control, and analysis that support effective business decisions and elevate customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Support the Planner in seasonal forecasting and in-season trading analysis Monitor sales, stock levels, and performance across regions and stores Manage allocations and replenishment to optimize stock availability Assist with the creation of weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product flow Help drive strategic decisions through data insights and trend analysis Maintain accurate product and planning data in internal systems Skills & Experience Required: 1–2 years’ experience in a planning or merchandising role (preferably within fashion retail) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational abilities Passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury retail landscape Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment The salary is paying up to £34,000 Benefits:
