Capability Acquisition, Research & Development, Digital Transformation, Capability planning/Strategy or In-Service Support.Are self-sufficient and autonomous, undertaking responsibilities with minimal oversight.Are willing to learn and evolve, applying yourself to tackle new problems.Are willing to work with a broad range of stakeholders, at a range of locations.Have a strong commitment for self-developmentDesirable technical skills and experience (one or more of the following):Project, Programme, Portfolio Management (P3M) experience, including holding APM and MSP qualifications HMT Business Case development, including operational analysis and options appraisalRequirements ManagementUser research, Business Analysis and Defence Business Change ManagementDefence approach to Training Development (incl.
